The Jefferson Co Amateur Radio Club would especially like to thank the Jeffersaon County Wv. Parks and Recreation for the use of Mt Mission Park On Mission Road for our yearly Field Day Exercise. This ARRL sponsored exercise is held for a yearly prepardness exercise in case of an emergency. We would like to thank especially the empoyees of the Park for their curtious attention in allowing us to use the park.Also we say thank you to the the Jefferson County Commision and the Office of Emergency Management for sponsoring of county owned equipment to utlize in case of an emergency. This Field Day was the very first for our club. Thanks to the club members who participated and the many guest whom also participated. We had a visitor KD8BWX John all the way from Berkeley Springs WV. whom helped assemble antennas and operate.Thanks sir.
